The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) conducts the SIDBI Grade A Recruitment drive for Grade A (Assistant Manager) posts. The SIDBI conducts the SIDBI Grade A Exam for eligible candidates who are eligible to appear in the examination. SIDBI Grade A Selection Process

- There is 0.25 negative marking in the exam.

SIDBI Grade A Selection Process – Document Verification
After all three stages, the selected candidates will be called for the document verification phase. In this stage, the documents of candidates will be verified by the authorities and then the final merit list will be prepared. Candidates must have the following documents to appear for the document/certificate verification phase:
- Birth Certificate
- 10th Class Marksheet/Passing Certificate
- 10+2 Class Marksheet/Passing Certificate
- Category Certificate (if claiming reservation)
- Domicile Certificate
- Photo Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.)
