The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) announced the IDBI Executive Selection Process under the official notification. The IDBI conducts the IDBI Executive Exam to recruit 1300 Executive vacancies on a Contract Basis. IDBI Executive Selection Process 2023
Candidates should undergo the following stages to get selected under IDBI Executive Recruitment drive. Candidates must clear all these stages to select finally:

IDBI Executive Exam Pattern 2023
- There are 4 sections in the IDBI Executive Exam 2023- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness/ Computer/IT.
- Duration of Exam is 120 minutes (2 Hours)
- There will be 200 Multiple Choice Questions for 200 marks.
- There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect responses.

IDBI Executive Selection Process – Document Verification
After all three stages, the selected candidates will be called for the document verification phase. In this stage, the documents of candidates will be verified by the authorities and then the final merit list will be prepared. Candidates must have the following documents to appear for the document/certificate verification phase:
- Birth Certificate
- 10th Class Marksheet/Passing Certificate
- 10+2 Class Marksheet/Passing Certificate
- BE/B.Tech or required qualification Mark Sheets
- Category Certificate (if claiming reservation)
- Domicile Certificate
- Photo Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.)
